Our Voice-Net Telephony Toolbar on your PC desktop allows easy 'on-demand' triggering of recording activated from a button on the toolbar. By virtue of this, the user can verify the conversation and minimise errors that are be costly to correct later. 

With other adaptors, the volume control has to be constantly adjusted during playback to ensure clarity of recording. This is not the case with the SMARTCALL Active Link Cable. It has an automatic level control for balanced recording of both parties. 

SMARTCALL Active Link Cable is compact and easy to install. It is a “plug and play” adaptor that requires no additional adjustments to your standard telephone. It connects via the standard RJ22 handset or headset connection of the telephone. 

Recorded calls are automatically archived on the system and can be easily located and played back on the server or across the network from a web browser on any desktop PC.
