Voice-Net multi-site call recording
solutions

Recording
at individual sites are made using Voice-Net Nodes. The recordings are
then Compressed and Encrypted before being transferred to a Centralised
Archive. Access to archived recordings is then available from any location
on your network.
System
administration is carried out centrally with tools provided to allow
recorders to be monitored and configured remotely, making Voice-Net
ideal for use on sites that do not have a local IT presence.
Voice-Net
supports the full range of telephony interfaces including Trunk, Extension
and VoIP in a single solution. So, even if your organisation has a mix of
telephony across its sites, you are still able to record and store your
call recordings in a single seamless Archive.

Access
to recordings is simple with Voice-Net.
Accessible from anywhere on your Network, recordings can be found and
replayed using the widest range of criteria available and there is a
multi– level security hierarchy that controls access to recordings.
 The
Data Capture features of Voice-Net
are fully supported in the multiple site environment. Both call and
business data can be collected at individual sites and stored with
recordings in the Central Archive.
