TFL Choose Voice-NetIssued January 2006
Transport For London have chosen SMARTCALL Voice-Net call recording for two operationally critical Call Centres. Supplied through Damovo UK the systems are used to support the track maintenance operation at London Underground. The systems deployed are Voice-Net Pro’s and are fully integrated with the Ericsson MD110 and Solidus telephony platforms that are used for call routing.

i-Net Applications has introduced a Software Rental product based on the successful Voice-Net call recorder product range. BLACKBOX is based on a monthly fee per recording channel and is aimed at businesses that need call recording without a capital outlay. i-Net's Managing Director Kelvin Beck, says “BLACKBOX is aimed at businesses that have a recording requirement but prefer to pay out of revenue. Typical customers are Insurance companies and Financial Services providers who are forced to be FSA compliant. Other types of organisation that are benefiting from software rental are Serviced Office providers who sell the service to their customers and Councils who appreciate the low start up costs of the solution.”

The latest system installed in Lille in France supports the Call Centre
operation. Chosen for its high resilience, the Voice-Net Pro
installed records all Trunk traffic and is linked to the Ericsson

Changes Name
SMARTCALL
Communications Limited has announced a name change. The new name i-Net
Applications Limited became effective on 11th May 2007.
Managing Director Kelvin Beck says “ the decision to change our name was taken to better reflect the overall activities of our company, which includes Network infrastructure design and installation as well as the development of software for our Call Recording products.” Beck added that “the SMARTCALL branding of our Call Recording products remains unchanged.”
SMARTCALL
is a registered trade mark and is used on all software developed by i-Net
including Call Recording , CRM and CTI products.
