Fully functional, cost effective and scaleable, Voice-Net is the perfect choice for Resellers wishing to capitalize on the growing Call Recording market.

The SMARTCALL Voice-Net reseller partner program provides organizations selling telephony and CRM solutions with access to advanced call recording products directly from the manufacturer. The program caters for all types of reseller partnership and creates high margin sales opportunities.

Backed up by a specialist manufacturer, SMARTCALL Voice-Net partners are able to win business from both their existing and new customers.

Partners wishing to build on their existing engineering skills and increase revenue are encouraged to take on the full range of professional services from installation through first and second line maintenance.

For larger organizations, systems integrators or those selling a complementary software product, Own Label “skinning” is available to allow partners to build their own brand awareness.

 

 

Reseller Partner Types:

i-Net Applications Ltd operate a range of Partnership types that are designed to suit all reseller requirements:

  1. Sales Partner

i-Net Applications Ltd carry out installation, training and maintenance. Sales Partners are provided with full support and the option to carry out first line maintenance to ensure that future customer contact is maintained. Full pre-sales support is provided.

  1. Accredited Partner

The reseller carries out sales, installation, training and maintenance. This requires a commitment to engineering training and spares. Full pre-sales support is provided.

  1. Own Label

Software is “skinned” to carry the reseller’s name. For Partners who have their own products or that see value in developing their own brand. We provide a skinned version of the Voice-Net Replay and Administration software.

  1. Distribution

Partners who have their own established channel are catered for through our two-tier discount structure.

Sales and Pre-sales Support

Each Reseller Partner is allocated an Account Manager who will provide all levels of Sales and pre-sales 

support including configuration, pricing, ITT input and customer demonstrations.

 

Demo Software and Systems

A vital part of the sales process is product demonstration. Partners are therefore provided with free lap-top 

demo software for all sales staff. In addition and to create both incentive and momentum, Partners are 

eligible to receive FREE Demo software with their first order over £5K and a FREE Demo system (or upgrade) 

with their first order over £20K.

 

Capturing the First Order

The first order is key to a successful Reseller Partnership. To enable our Partners to win the first deal we 

provide full sales and demo support as well as a one off “Lasso” discount that is applied to the first deal to 

capture the  business and establish a reference.
