About Voice-Net Soft-Trunk
SMARTCALL Voice-Net Soft-Trunk is
a software call recording solution for installation on Customer supplied servers.
Supplied
with a PCI Interface trunk recording interface card and full installation
and configuration instructions, Soft-Trunk
is perfect for IT professionals who want total management control of their
IT systems. For customers who prefer the installation to be included, a
full service is available. In either case software support and maintenance
are provided.
Recording
at the ISDN Trunk provides simple connectivity while ensuring that all
external calls are recorded.
Voice-Net
Soft-Trunk has a full feature set
including “Extension Select” to allow calls to and from
specific DDI ranges to be excluded.
Voice-Net Soft-Trunk
is ideal for all telephony systems including TDM Digital, Analogue
and VoIP.
Voice-Net
Soft-Trunk uses the same software
as the other Voice-Net products and therefore includes advanced features
such as, 128 bit Encryption, Browser based replay, an Audit trail and
e-mail sharing. Business Data
and Call Information capture are fully supported.
