Smartcall operate an open partnership approach to resellers. Recognising that Call Recording is not always strategic to our partners we provide the full range of support needed to allow our resellers to successfully bid for and win Call Recording opportunities.
Smartcall Voice-Net can be deployed in many environments and often the sales and installation process is straight forward. There are however, projects that are more complex and that may include integration with, for example, a CRM system. In either case we aim to provide the support required by our partners on a sale by sale basis ensuring that we maximise the success rate.

Smartcall Voice-Net SIP is available as a software download and is easy to install on customer (or Reseller) provided servers or VMware. With online registration and licencing Voice-Net SIP represents a great opportunity for enhanced sales values and margins.
