Voice-Net LiteSMARTCALL Voice-Net call recording products are designed to support Financial, Banking and Insurance companies that have FSA Compliance requirements.

 

Highly reliable, Voice-Net provides a wide range of features that are essential for compliance both today and into the future.

 

Calls can be recorded on your telephone system at the Trunk, Extension or VoIP. Recordings can also be made directly from Dealerboards.

 

 

Once recorded, files are 128 bit encrypted and have checksum Tamper-proofing added prior to secure storage, accessible only by authorised users.

 

A copy of each encrypted recording is also saved onto DVD (or NAS/SAN) for long term archiving and off site storage if necessary.

 

On line access to recordings (typically 30,000 hours in cache) is provided through Voice-Net’s Browser Replay tools that include a security hierarchy controlled by the system administrator. User rights can include the ability to extract and e-mail recordings to others.

 

 

To further enhance the security of the system, users are provided with an Audit Trail that shows all user activity including recording replay and e-mail extractions.

 

To enhance overall efficiency and to allow recordings to be found easily, Voice-Net provides tools for the collection of Business Data.  Typical examples are Customer Name, Policy Number and Account Reference. This information can be stored along with the Agent or Operator Name and can include up to 5 additional user defined fields.

 

 

The data collection process can be fully automatic through integration to your CRM system or collected manually using our DATALINK application that runs at the user’s desktop.

 

Whether collected manually or automatically, the ability to rapidly find recordings using Customer Name or Policy Number can be very valuable when trying to settle a dispute or to verify verbal instructions.
