Voice-Net Enterprise uses a highly resilient distributed Node architecture to provide truly scalable Call Recording solutions. Recording Nodes act independently to record calls from a single or multiple telephony platforms. Individual Nodes can be recording different interfaces on different telephony platforms whilst capturing site specific business data. The individual Nodes encrypt and transfer recordings to a centralised Transaction Store allowing recordings to be accessed from anywhere on the network. The centralised Transaction Store utilises Microsoft SQL database and can operate on a stand-alone server or in a Virtual Environment.

Secure Storage

Secure storage is essential for the retention and data protection of call recording files. Like all Voice-Net products, Enterprise offers flexible long term encrypted archiving solutions that can support DVD RAM, SAN or NAS storage devices.

Suitable for single and multiple sites

Voice-Net Enterprise is designed for use in large single sites and across multiple sites connected by a VPN or WAN. The highly resilient architecture used by Voice-Net Enterprise is designed for high availability environments and has auto recovery features that ensure call recording continues when the WAN is down. Once the WAN is restored Voice-Net Enterprise automatically re-establishes connection and updates the Transaction store.

Voice-Net Enterprise is ideal for deployment on a large single site, across many sites or can be used with a single large site plus a small satellite facility that also needs to be recorded. Whatever the environment Voice-Net Enterprise provides resilience, flexibility and through centralised management tools, ease of use.
