SMARTCALL Voice-Net Enterprise is a scaleable call recording solution for as few as 10  channels but expandable to record thousands of channels across your enterprise. 

Our flexible Voice-Net architecture allows any mix of multiple Voice-Net Thirty, Lite and Pro models to be networked across your business enterprise such that all recordings are available for search and replay from a central transaction store.

As well as recording the calls, Voice-Net can collect additional business data which is stored with the call information in the central database.

This additional data makes it exceptionally easy to search for and replay any of the calls you need from a workstation anywhere on your network. Optional Quality Monitoring of recordings is provided by our Assessor or Qualitivity products.
