Our levels of customer service are: StandardGuard and TailorGuard.

StandardGuard offers support hours between 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. StandardGuard will respond within 4 hours for major issues and 8 hours for minor issues.

TailorGuard is slightly different in that it is an individual and bespoke support service that is tailored to meet the exact needs of your business.
