Voice-Net OneView - browser search & replay

About Voice-Net OneView

SMARTCALL's OneView web server based software provides quick, easy search and replay of your call recordings from a standard web browser. 

  

There is no need to install any proprietary replay software on the desktop as OneView allows replay of recordings using your PC's standard Windows Media Player.

  

Optionally, you may choose to accept download of our OneView Active-X add-in audio player giving enhanced information and control when playing back recordings.

     

OneView’s Quick Search facility allows one click retrieval of the last 10 calls or calls for the last 5, 10, 30 or 60 minutes. Also provided are Quick Searches for Today, Yesterday, This Week, Last Week, This Month and Last Month.

 

Returned search results can then be filtered by Customer, Agent , Direction and the contents of User Data 1, 2 and 3 fields to narrow down the search still further. Calls can also be searched for as being between a user specified call start date and time and a user specified end date and time. Search parameters can then be saved as a named search for later use.

 

OneView has provision to customise the displayed Column Headings for returned search results and which columns are displayed is also configurable.

 

OneView has support for inbuilt integrated SMTP e-mailing of copies of retrieved recordings to third parties. The encrypted recordings are un-encrypted by OneView prior to insertion in the e-mail. This feature is particularly useful in a customer service business environment where customer requests / complaints need following up by another department within the organisation.

 

OneView currently supports five different themed colour schemes (skins) and custom logos and colour themes can be accommodated for resellers. Per-user colour theme customisation can be configured by a user with Admin rights and user rights can be restricted by user name / password.

 

Restrictions on whose calls can be replayed can be set by the Administrator on a per-user basis and an Audit Trail Log is kept for any admin configuration change made. OneView is easily deployed within your organisation and ideal for users to replay their own calls.
